Kansai International Airport, located on an artificial island in Osaka Bay approximately 50 km from the city center, handles the majority of international flights and offers direct connections to major global destinations. Itami Airport, closer to central Osaka, mainly operates domestic routes. Both airports are well connected to the city via efficient transport options such as the JR Kansai Airport Express Haruka, Nankai Airport Line, airport limousine buses, and taxis—ensuring fast and convenient access to the heart of Osaka.
